Accommodations for Groups:
- We currently offer 3 hard-sided structures and 5 luxury tents.
- Comfortably, this sleeps 16 guests in queen and king size beds.
- Inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags in the tents (most typically for children) can add up to 10 more guests.
- Accommodations are spaced thoughtfully across the property for privacy and relaxation.
- All enhancements are included (see enhancements) and upgrades can be added upon request.
- The hosts (Chris & Wendy) are available to help make sure everything runs smoothly for your gathering.
- Your group will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay, ensuring privacy and flexibility for your event.
Rates & Booking Information:
- Groups book all venues at a 20% discount: $1,920 per night.
- Groups must be accepted through its application, just to make sure this is the perfect fit for your event.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due one week before your arrival. Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Group application must not conflict with already-committed reservations, so apply soon if you have a specific date in mind.
