Cozy Qube Studio Home
A Container Home — who would have thought? And on private property minutes from Colorado Springs attractions (Air Force, Garden of Gods, etc.). All hotel amenities: queen bed, smart TV, wifi, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, fridge, etc. Walkout deck with a propane grill, fire pit, & hot tub — perfect for morning sunrises and chill evenings. There is little “roughing it” in this professionally engineered container home, but you may hear coyotes at night or view wildlife from your front deck.
⛰ CONTAINER. Your 20′ container home is called a “Cozy Qube,” manufactured and trademarked by our son, a graduate from Lincoln Tech’s Welding Academy in Denver. You will find most everything you need to enjoy a hotel-like studio visit. The Cozy Qubes have a simple-yet-open layout specifically designed for safe and “cozy” experiences for people who want a restful, semi-outdoor experience.
⛰ OUTDOORS. Your private porch includes deck chairs, grill, fire pit, and hot tub. All propane is provided for FREE. Wild animals and barn cats may roam the property, so keep all food indoors. Our property is 6.4 acres with a year-round flowing creek and shared areas with the owners and other outdoorsy visitors. Directions and personal hiking recommendations to local trails are included in your welcome material when you arrive.
⛰ LOCATION. The Monument/Colorado Springs area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Conveniently located along the Rampart Range of Colorado, your Container is nestled in a rural-residential homestead with a flowing creek as part of your viewing pleasure. A mile to the East is civilization (Walmart, restaurants, shops, etc.), and a mile to the West is dense mountain forests (Pike National Forest). Public lakes are within a couple miles, and tons of tourist attractions a short drive away (Garden of the Gods, Air Force Academy, etc.).
⛰ AMENITIES. We provide towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. The toilet is a flushing toilet, and the shower is a stand-up shower with hot water. Kitchenette includes faucet and counters, mini-fridge, silverware and dishes, coffee maker, and wine glasses. Complimentary coffee, tea and a few munchies are provided upon arrival.
⛰ NO PARTIES. Moderate drinking is allowed, but “parties” are strictly prohibited. Keep all tobacco smoking outside and properly dispose of all cigarette butts. We are not 420 friendly (no marijuana). Any extra guests must be granted written permission through the rental app and ahead of arrival. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Violators will be reported and may be asked to leave.
⛰ CHECK IN. Check in anytime between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Your Container will be cleaned and ready for you, and you may self-check in without our presence. A security code will be provided for you in your welcome message. Check in should run smoothly, but you can text us if you have any concerns, questions, or issues. We are at the house and can walk over to assist you.
⛰ DURING YOUR STAY. We are living family life in the main house, but we are at your service to make sure everything is delightful. We are friendly people who like to meet our guests, but we also will respect your space and your privacy. We will never enter your Container during your stay. Always feel free to message us with questions or concerns.
Our container homes and glamping tents are positioned on our property to maximize your privacy and create a pleasant, private experience. To see all our unique stays in the Monument area, visit our LISTINGS page.
⛰ The gravel driveway is a little bumpy but accessible with any automobile. Park right next to your front porch to unload your stuff. More instructions will be sent ahead of your visit.

Great spot in Monument that’s a great basecamp for exploring the trails nearby and Palmer Lake. The cube is a well-hosted fun and comfortable change of pace.
