We want you to leave with glamorous memories, thinking to yourself, “I’m a glamper!” We can’t guarantee perfection, but we strive to gain your 5-star approval, meaning we met your expectations and you are a most satisfied “glamper.” Here are details…
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Realize, you are outdoors. You will hear coyotes, see a spider or two, and perhaps suffer some chilly evenings by the fire. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be “satisfied.” In fact, we guarantee that.
Everything will be ready for you when you arrive. We have cleaning and maintenance staff working hard to make sure everything is in place. Even so, look over your glamping site when you arrive and let us know if anything doesn’t meet your expectations. Please allow us the courtesy of correcting anything that is not up to par.
In the end, if your expectations fall short, we will be sure to discount or refund any loss you suffer. We’ve done this before, and we appreciate the dialogue when we do because it helps us improve for future guests. Chances are that we exceed your expectations because we failed in the past, so constructive feedback is appreciated by future guests! 🙂
2. Bad Weather Guarantee
Colorado is naturally a beautiful place to visit, and we have many more awesome days than not. While we can’t guarantee perfect weather, we can guarantee that IF you ever have to bale on us (snowstorm, ice storm, unusually cold weather, etc.), we will refund 100%.
Now, that said, Glampers have at least a little bit of roughness in them. But every now and then we get a doozie of a storm that ruins everyone’s plans. We chalk it up as “business as usual” and refund everyone. That’s life in the outdoors!
3. Our “Golden Rule” Guarantee
Vacations can be stressful, and you’ve made all sorts of plans that likely hang in the balance for a successful vacation. We like to relieve our guests of that stress as much as humanly possible. For this reason, we have this overarching philosophy in outdoor hospitality: We treat guests the way we would like to be treated if we were traveling.
This can mean pretty much anything. Literally, if anything is wonky, we’ll aim to correct/upgrade/refund/replace/etc. to make it right. Why? Because we would appreciate the same if we were traveling.
Which we do now and then! And as they say, what goes around comes around. That’s our guarantee: We’ll treat you the way we would like to be treated.
