Tomorrow, Monument Glamping heads to Denver for the Glamping Show Americas. We’ll be at Booth #224 with three handouts and some merch, and one of those handouts is the one I’m most excited about: the real numbers behind one of our tents.
Here they are, no rounding, no spin: a $2,400 investment in that tent has brought in $26,446 so far this year.
That’s not a projection or a pitch β it’s what’s actually happened at Rickenbacker Ranch. We didn’t set out to build a glamping empire. We set out to make good use of land we already had, and to give guests something better than a campground: their own space, their own hot tub, their own fire pit, a creek nearby, and no gear to pack. It turned out that model works financially as well as it works for guests.
That’s the story behind all three handouts we’re bringing to the show β how private-property glamping performs, what it costs to get started, and what it can return. If you’re a landowner wondering whether your property could do something similar, that’s exactly the conversation we’re there to have.
And if you’re a guest who’s stayed with us, or is thinking about it β this is the “why” behind the place. The comfort isn’t an accident, and neither is the business behind it.
If you’re at the show, stop by Booth #224. If you’d rather just experience it firsthand, https://skool.com/glamping.
